How long does it take to complete an order?

Most items are processed within 2–5 business days. Delivery times vary based on your location. Please check the delivery timelines on the product page for each individual product. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Where do you ship from?

We work with trusted fulfillment partners who ship directly from various locations depending on your order and shipping destination. This helps us get your items to you as quickly as possible.

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs vary by product and location and will be calculated at checkout. We also offer free shipping on orders over a certain amount—check our homepage for any current offers!

Why did I receive only part of my order?

To speed up delivery, items may ship separately depending on the supplier or warehouse location. You’ll receive tracking numbers for each part of your order.

Can I return or exchange an item?

We accept returns and exchanges for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it and include a photo of the item.

Do you accept cancellations?

We can cancel orders only if they have not yet been processed or sent to production. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it.

Can I customize a product?

At this time, we do not offer custom orders. However, many of our designs are created to be meaningful and versatile—perfect for personal use or gifting!

My order arrived damaged—what do I do?

We’re so sorry! Please send us a photo of the item and packaging within 7 days, and we’ll arrange a replacement.
