We accept returns up to 07 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at customerservice@coveredbyyahweh.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

We will send you an email once your return has been received and inspected to advise you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your refund has been approved or rejected. If you are authorized, your refund will be processed and a credit will be made to your credit card or original mode of payment within a certain amount of days.

Is it free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping on our 'limited time flash deal' (Main Campaign page) with the minimum amount purchased (usually 2 bottles or more - unless otherwise stated). Daily 'limited time flash deal' offers can not be combined with any other wine from any other page. Only one or more bottles of wine listed on our Premium, Last Chance or Cellar offerings can be combined for free shipping.
